Transformation Tuesday Winners
At Pat McDonnell Paints we dedicate every Tuesday to our creative and hard working customers by featuring a gorgeous DIY makeover on our Facebook , Twitter and Instagram pages in a segment we call Transformation Tuesday.
To be in with a chance to win, all you have to do is simply tag us and use the hashtag #BecauseColourMatters on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or send images of your home make-overs to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each transformation will be entered into a draw and a winner will be chosen every month. Don’t forget to tell us which products you used!
What will the lucky winners receive? We’ll be awarding a 10 litre tin of paint of their choice and a Pat McDonnell Paints gift voucher worth €100 to the most inspiring image.

Gerard Costello from Ennis won a 10L tin of paint to his choice and a €100 voucher to spend in our Limerick store. For his transformation Ger used Colourtrend Satin Old bone on the units and Pine Marten on the kicker boards. He wash the units down first with sugar soap, then went over them again with methylated spirts for a good cleaning. He pronounced them with Zinsser Bin Primer also before using the Satinwood. A great job done Ger, and congratulations!
