We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team in our headquarters at Centre Park Road.  We are looking for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join the team.  Reporting to the Commercial Director this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to learn and develop. The role will involve:

Role Requirements:

  • Digital marketing campaigns; (email marketing, SM)
  • CMS (Content Management System)
  • Mailchimp Service (Working with ‘Campaign Monitor’)
  • Design and social media strategy with Canva and/or Adobe suite
  • Creation of Content Marketing Plan with Marketing Manager
  • Content creation, posting and scheduling for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and new platforms e.g. Instagram
  • CRM (Updating of database – unsubscribes, data cleansing, subscriptions)
  • eCommerce – Support for updating our online www.paintshop.ie offering
  • SEO/SEM; Analytics and reporting
  • Display advertising campaigns – PPC
  • Liaising with colour consultants and managers for content for web, SM and blogging.
  • Social Media and eMail Marketing training involvement for Managers/Colour Consultants
  • Other marketing activities including:
  • Customer event planning and organisation
  • Creation (using design templates) of monthly trade offers and posting to the web – Adobe Smart Suite
  • Creation (in keeping with design templates) of promotional collateral for stores (shopfloor and screen)
  • Keep Media List up to date – PR
  • Maintain Collateral Grid and ordering up-to-date – Printing & Promotion
  • Conducting Phone MR occasionally

Skills Requirements:

  • Third Level qualification in Digital Marketing or a business discipline
  • Hard working and passionate about social media, marketing, blogging and customer service.
  • Strong IT Skills (MS Office), with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on their own initiative; and someone who will contribute and challenge ideas;
  • Reliable, professional and connect with the values of the Company;
  • Possess a good understanding of how to create and measure content based online marketing campaigns;
  • Has a good knowledge of the approaches to digital marketing and trends in online marketing.
  • The candidate will be interested in the possibilities afforded by online marketing options and will be interested in experimenting to create more effective campaigns.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

CENTRE PARK ROAD, CORK

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join the team in our headquarters in Centre Park Road, Cork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager.  This is a very important appointment for the business, therefore we are looking for an exceptionally talented individual with a passion for Supply Chain and Operational Efficiencies.

The Role

As part of the Senior Management Team and reporting to the Commercial Director the successful candidate will manage the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement activities for the company so as to deliver best in class customer service to our market place.

As Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and management of all the activities related to forecasting, order processing, planning, purchasing, inventory management, shipping and orders tracking; optimization of the supply chain for cost effectiveness, on-time delivery and quality; supply chain process documentation (procedures, logs, forms, etc); data management and reporting; ERP and other supply chain and operations related systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Maintain all price lists from Suppliers whilst ensuring prices are charged correctly
  • Set-up and maintain system for automated ordering in each branch
  • Forecast levels of demand and setting-up max/min levels for each SKU & non-SKU items
  • Monitoring resale stock ordering levels and sign-off of all orders
  • Maintain an optimal supply chain – Oversee all the Supply Chain activities and processes to ensure on-time delivery of customer and internal orders.
  • Ensure all Supply Chain related processes are accurate and followed.
  • Procurement of all consumables
  • Responsible for ordering of all special products and sign-off
  • Imports from US/UK/Europe
  • Oversee inventory management for the Company to include accurate inventory reporting, inventory counts, budgeting and purchase order management
  • Liaise between relevant internal departments and suppliers regarding stock issues
  • Responsible for the promotion of cost saving awareness through company ordering policies
  • Develop a purchasing strategy and produce reports and statistics

 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience and skills in the following areas:

 

Ideally the individual will have proven business results from working in any of the following areas, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning, Finance or Data analytics. While experience in these areas would be ideal it is not a mandatory requirement.

More importantly, the successful candidate will have a strong analytical skill set, a passion for learning, a desire to innovate and improve processes and is a strong collaborator and team player.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills with proven impact of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change.
  • Strong process/system background and proven capability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems
  • Results orientated with strong analytical and problem resolution skills
  • A flair for negotiation and networking
  • The ability to adapt to different customer needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to drive resolution in ambiguous situations
  • IT literate including the ability to manipulate spreadsheets in Excel, Word & PowerPoint programmes at an advanced level

  • Demonstrated excellent business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to think and plan strategically as well as a having strong attention to detail.

Experience/Qualifications/Training

  • 3rd level qualification in Business Studies, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Operations Management or Economics.
  • 5 Years’ experience in a similar role with Retail management desirable
  • Proven track record in delivering change, process improvement, and root cause analytics

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Analyst to join the team in our headquarters in Centre Park Road, Cork.

The Sales Analyst will work with the Commercial Director to support Sales Planning & Analysis.  In this newly created role, the Directors, Branch Managers and Sales Team will look to the Sales Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the organisation, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting and communications in this customer focussed organisation.  As this is a new role, the successful candidate will be able to affect the development of the role.

As the Sales Analyst, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization.  Ideal candidates will have Sales Analysis experience, very strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.   We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is passionate about delivering measurable results and who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects.

About You

The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating scalable, repeatable analytics, and innovative analysis, and the ability to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers.  Ideally, this person will have worked in a Sales & Operations environment or in a comparable role where excellent business acumen combined with analytical nous is essential.

The selected candidate will share responsibility for identifying and reporting on key indicators of sales performance and market opportunity, using those findings to help set the strategic agenda and drive projects for the Company, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Report to, and work closely with the Commercial Director to improve and maintain sales efficiency
  • Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM and sales processes
  • Provide day-to-day analytical support for our Branch Managers and Sales Team across Ireland
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
  • Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
  • Support ongoing analysis of business performance
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, distributor, and/or sales rep performance and competitor impact.
  • Communication as necessary between supplier / retailer and between internal departments
  • Help Supply Chain with promotional forecasting, tracking key lines and analysing performance
  • Conduct post promotional review and liaise to deliver improvements
  • Develop strong relationships internally and with customers to become the go-to sales data resource person
  • Remain current on technical, industry and business issues and trends that affect the company sales efforts
  • Data Analytics and Insight into Sales and Operations through CRM system and analyse sales data and provide timely, accurate reporting on sales, KPI’s, including sales pipeline and other key metrics
  • Follow up and monitoring of pricing process

Requirements

  • Third Level qualification required in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or a related discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analyst or Finance role is desired. A retail background is an added advantage
  • Expert experience with Excel such as complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, auditing data, etc.
  • Demonstrated strong data analytics skills
  • Creativity in developing actionable recommendations for presentation to senior management with succinct presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, customer focussed environment

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver to join the team in our Bachelors Quay Store in Cork City. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Driver will be responsible in providing an excellent delivery service for the store.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join the team.

This role involves:
– Making deliveries to, and offering outstanding customer service to all our customers
– Assisting in the Warehouse during busy periods

The ideal candidate will be organised and customer focused, with experience of working in a busy Stores/Warehouse and being responsible for Deliveries.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, and experience of working in a customer service role is an advantage as this is a customer facing role.

You will:
– be required to hold a full clean Irish or European driving licence
– be a fluent English speaker
– be capable of working as part of a team
– be flexible in terms of working hours as work can include early mornings and weekend work.
– have the ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule.
