We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated SALES ASSISTANT/COLOUR CONSULTANT who is passionate about colour and enjoys approaching and selling to customers to join the team in our Kilkenny Store.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• 70% Sales Assistant and 30% Colour Consultant
• 4 days/week
• Availability to work Saturdays

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• 2- 3 years experience in retail, ideally with an Interior Design background
• Qualification in Interior Design (preferred) or extensive previous experience in Colour Consultancy and/or Interior Design role
• Ability to consistently deliver great customer experiences — no matter what the situation
• To offer and deliver best-in-class advice and product knowledge to all customers
• To drive sales within the branch by promoting the products and services in the shop
• Strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to project a suitable image to the public
• Ability to use initiative
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
