Your safety and the safety of our staff is of the upmost importance to us. This is why, even though our stores are now open for business we have a number of procedures in place to ensure social distancing and sanitation. #WeCareMore
We have a queuing system in place which limits the number of customers in store at any one time. While waiting outside we have markers on the ground which indicate where to stand.
Ample parking is available at all our stores nationwide.
A member of our team will let you know when you may enter the store and direct you to a hand sanitation station.
You will be directed to a till upon entry where another member of our team will help you select the right products for the job you are undertaking. This staff member will collect these products from the floor for you and process your payment at the till.
Once you have completed your purchase this team member will direct you to the exit where a second hand sanitation station is available for your use.
All tills are now equipped with shields and all team members wear visors throughout the day for an added layer of protection for both you and them.
Alternatively, you may prefer to ‘Call & Collect’, this simply entails you giving us your order by phone, we will prepare it for you and give you a collection time; on arrival, you will then be able to call to us, and have your purchases placed in your car with minimal delay.
Our Free Delivery service is of course still available to you.
